Your Award Letter

If you complete the application requirements by the priority filing date listed in the Requirements and Deadlines chart, you can expect to receive your award letter (eligibility notice) within six to eight weeks of that date.  Late applications will be processed on a rolling basis. 

Your award letter will be provided in a printable PDF file format from within the Finances section of AXESS.  We will send an email message to your primary email address listed in AXESS when your award letter is available.
